In Ragnarok Online, as an assassin cross, does dex effect the soul breaker skill's ability to hit enemies?

I mean, like how you have to have a higher dex to be able to strike some enemies with a physical attack. Is it the same with the soul breaker attack?|||If I recall correctly, Dexterity only plays into the casting speed of the skill. I'm pretty sure that Int is what plays into the hit rate of magic, but I could be wrong. It's been a while since I've played RO.
