Pokemon diamond team?

I'm trying to make a good in-game team to beat the elite four, but i plan to transfer some of my fire reds to make the ultimate online battlers. Please tell me if i should make any adjustments, AND MAYBE SOME POSSIBLE MOVESETS FOR EACH POKEMON?
